These terms cover your use of NomDrop ("we," "us"), a dinner-decision app offered via web and mobile browser. By using NomDrop, you agree to these terms.
NomDrop suggests one dinner plan — a recipe, a restaurant to order from, or a place to go out to — based on your household's preferences, recent history, and the mood you tell it. NomDrop doesn't take orders, process food delivery, make restaurant reservations, or prepare food itself; it points you to third-party services (DoorDash, Google Maps, Amazon, and similar) that do.
You can use NomDrop as a guest (an anonymous, temporary identity) or by creating an account with an email/password or Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Guest sessions that go inactive for 30 days are automatically deleted, along with any data tied to them.
NomDrop's suggestions — including recipes generated from ingredients or photos you provide — are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a nutritionist, dietitian, or medical professional. Even when you've told NomDrop about an allergy or dietary restriction, you're responsible for verifying that any recipe, dish, or restaurant order is actually safe for you and your household before eating it. If you have a severe allergy or a medical condition affected by diet, always check ingredients and preparation directly with the restaurant or against the packaging yourself — don't rely on NomDrop as your only check.
NomDrop links out to third-party sites to help you act on a suggestion — for example, a DoorDash search for a restaurant, a Google Maps search for a spot, or an Amazon search for ingredients. Some of these are affiliate links (currently, ingredient search links to Amazon use our Amazon Associates tag); if you make a purchase after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We don't control these third-party sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms, not ours.

Use NomDrop like a normal person trying to figure out dinner. Don't try to abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, and don't use it to submit content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights.
NomDrop is provided "as is." We try to make good suggestions, but we don't guarantee a restaurant will be open, a dish will match a recipe exactly, or that any specific suggestion will be right for you. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for issues arising from a suggestion NomDrop gives you or from a third-party service you're sent to.
We may update NomDrop, these terms, or discontinue the service at any time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when these terms change; continuing to use NomDrop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
